After new-innovated Tetrabutylurea(TBU) get postive quality and auditing approval from worldwide Hydrogen Peroxide plants, TBU exporting business is expanding rapidly.
In order to fully meet the global demand, Changfeng Chemical announced from end of this year is going to expediate and increase production capacity till 3000mt/year.

Diphenyl Carbonate(DPC) is widely used for synthesize Polycarbonate Resin and pesticide. With globally sustaining PC demand, most manufacturers have new inspiration to produce by the way of ester exchange reaction, which lead to DPC become more and more popular.
Changfeng Chemical followed market change to enhance annual production capacity till 8000mt. And in near future, it is about to increase till 10000mt.

•E.H.S. (Environment, Health, Safety) Achievements
Changfeng has finished construction of a new in-situ phosgene production unit which ensures even safer production. Environmentally the new unit is very green, cleanly recycling the heat produced by the exothermic chemical reactions back to our boiler through a systems of heat exchangers, reducing fuel demand and cooling water waste.
Our COD is now held below 100, reducing harm to the environment as well as reducing our effluent treatment costs.
•New Investment for Alcohol Production
Changfeng made new investment together with Chongqing Global Petrochemical Co.,Ltd for establishment of Alcohol production with 600,000 mt yearly yield. |
